Chilorio is a popular Mexican stew that has its origin in the state of Sinaloa. Made from shredded pork with potatoes, and seasoned with a combination of pasilla chili and ancho chili that give it that slightly spicy flavor so characteristic. Afterwards, it is seasoned with salt and pepper and cumin and oregano are added. To lick your fingers!

Chilorio: lean pork, pasilla chili, ancho chili, butter, wine vinegar, cornstarch, salt, oregano, cumin and black pepper.
Molcajete sauce: tomato, onion, jalapeños, salt, coriander, smoke aroma.

PREPARATION
Ready to heat and serve
1. Open the can and pour the chilorio into a microwaveable skillet or container for one minute.
2. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan or microwave wrapped in a damp cloth.
3. Serve the chilorio on the tortillas, add the touch of sauce to your liking and… enjoy!
CONSERVATION
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
